Fair Use of Pictures and Videos on Facebook.?

Question by Jusaleb: Fair Use of Pictures and Videos on Facebook.?
I’ve started a group and i need to know if i google image search the topic of my group, say an icon or other famous person, and save an image, upload it, and use it, can i be brought to court for copyright.

And if i need to write any statement giving ownership/credit to its author or a disclaimer as to me not owning it, what should i write?
