The launch coincides with the start of National Anti-Bullying week in the UK and this years theme is cyber-bullying. The tips will be posted on the social blog (blog.facebook.com and will also be made available to users in the social Help Center (www.facebook.com so that users can benefit from them even after this important week-long campaign ends.
